All fees are generally non-refundable. MultipleChat operates on a subscription model, and we do not offer automatic or guaranteed refunds. However, we may consider refund requests in specific circumstances as outlined below.

When Refunds May Be Considered

We may consider refund requests only in the following specific circumstances:

Billing Errors or Mischarges

Unauthorized charges, duplicate charges, or technical billing errors on our end

Significant Technical Issues

Service unavailability or major technical problems that prevent you from using the service for an extended period

Account Termination by Us

If we terminate your account due to our error (not for violations of Terms of Service)

Legal Requirements

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the service

Failure to use the service or forgotten subscriptions

Account termination due to Terms of Service violations

Partial months or unused portions of subscription periods

If Your Refund is Approved

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

• Bank processing time: 5-10 business days

• Account access may be immediately revoked

Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased your subscription through a third-party platform (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.), refund requests must be made directly through that platform according to their policies. We cannot process refunds for third-party purchases.
