- If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days after your initial purchase
- No explanation, conditions, or justifications are required — your refund will be processed promptly
- This refund guarantee applies only to your first payment and does not apply to renewal payments or future subscription periods
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply contact us at support@multiple.chat within 7 days of your first purchase, and our team will take care of it.
Processing Time
Once your refund request is received:
- We will process your request within 3 business days
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account
Special Circumstances
While we aim to make our refund process as straightforward as possible, please note:
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions may have different refund terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase
- If you purchased your subscription through a third-party platform (such as Apple App Store or Google Play), you will need to request your refund through that platform according to their refund policies
Relationship to Terms of Service
Note: This Refund Policy overrides the "All fees are non-refundable" statement in the Subscription and Payment section of our Terms of Service with regard to the first payment only.
