What you'll do
- Design and ship the multi-provider AI gateway (rate limits, retries, fallback, streaming)
- Improve Smart Mode collaboration logic and prompt routing
- Own observability — logs, metrics, tracing, cost attribution per request
- Harden auth, billing webhooks (Stripe), and abuse detection
You probably have
- 5+ years writing production Python
- Hands-on with async Python, SSE/WebSocket streaming, Redis, Postgres
- Shipped at least one product that handled real user load (hundreds of req/s+)
- Comfort with LLM provider APIs and their failure modes

- Make the side-by-side multi-model view fast on low-end devices
- Shape the design system together with our designer
- Care about Lighthouse, INP, CLS — small things that add up
You probably have
- 4+ years frontend, with shipped streaming UIs (chat, terminals, live data)
- Deep React or vanilla JS — strong opinion on which is right for which job
- Comfort debugging Server-Sent Events, AbortControllers, and partial-render edge cases
- Aesthetic sense — your code AND your UI both look intentional

What you'll do
- Advise on EU AI Act compliance, risk classification, transparency obligations
- Lead our GDPR / Swiss FADP posture — DPAs, SCCs, data-residency questions
- Negotiate enterprise customer DPAs and procurement reviews
- Review marketing and product copy for regulatory exposure
You probably have
- Qualified to practice in an EU member state or Switzerland
- 5+ years on tech / SaaS, ideally with AI or data-heavy products

- Support enterprise sales legal review for APAC customers
- Coordinate with local counsel where on-the-ground filings are needed
You probably have
- Qualified in at least one APAC jurisdiction (JP / KR / SG / IN preferred)
- 5+ years SaaS or tech legal experience, with cross-jurisdiction work
- Reading-level (or better) Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, or Hindi a strong plus
- Comfortable working async with a European-headquartered team
